Every order leaves our California warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. Add this window to the delivery estimate above for your total timeline.
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link to follow your package directly from the carrier — no app required, no account needed.
Need to change your order or cancel? Email us at primalstandard@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel any order before it leaves the warehouse. Once it ships, it can't be changed.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. We'll email to confirm the corrected address and collect the reship fee before sending it back out.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email primalstandard@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work directly with the carrier on your behalf to investigate and resolve it.
Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Weather, carrier backlogs, and other unforeseen events may cause occasional delays. We appreciate your patience — and we'll always help where we can.
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. Email us at primalstandard@gmail.com with your country and shipping address — we'll send a custom shipping quote within one business day.
Customs, duties & taxes: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
