SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our California warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:
All delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date. Add 1–2 business days for processing.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly with the carrier using the link provided.
Order Changes & Cancellations You can cancel or modify your order any time before it ships. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. To request a change, email us at primalstandard.shop as soon as possible — the sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we catch it in time.
Address Errors Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. We'll reach out by email to confirm the corrected address and collect the reshipping fee before sending it back out.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis — email us at primalstandard.shop with your country and we'll send a custom quote.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at primalstandard.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work directly with the carrier on your behalf to investigate and resolve the issue.
Carrier Delays Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are outside our control. Weather, carrier backlogs, and other unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and will help in any way we can.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only) For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
