We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply decide the product isn't for you. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

We stand behind every Primal Standard mat. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on any items. Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us and we will resolve it directly.
